These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Frestiq Travels, a division of Frestiq Innovations OPC Private Limited ("Company"). By using our services in any form, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of Frestiq Travels' services — via website, WhatsApp, telephone or email — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of Services

Frestiq Travels acts as a travel intermediary between clients and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, insurance companies). We are not an airline, hotel chain, or government visa authority. We facilitate bookings on your behalf and are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and third-party confirmation
• Quotations are valid for maximum 24 hours unless stated in writing
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full/agreed payment and written confirmation from us
• Prices are subject to change until full payment and ticket issuance
• Clients must verify all booking details within 24 hours of confirmation receipt

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance before any booking is initiated
• Accepted: bank transfer, UPI, cash, and other agreed methods
• Our service fees are entirely non-refundable once a booking has been initiated
• Chargebacks initiated without valid cause will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action

5. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp
• Verbal cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances
• Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, and third-party policies
• Many tickets and bookings are entirely non-refundable
• Frestiq Travels service fees are 100% non-refundable in all scenarios
• Hajj/Umrah visa fees are never refundable once applied

6. Visa Services — Important Disclaimer

Frestiq Travels does NOT guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions rest solely with the respective embassy, consulate or government authority. Our visa fees and service charges are non-refundable regardless of outcome. Clients are solely responsible for accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents. Any misrepresentation is the client's sole legal liability.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information
• Ensure valid passport with minimum 6 months' validity and sufficient blank pages
• Arrive at airports within recommended check-in timeframes
• Comply with all airline, hotel and destination country regulations
• Secure adequate travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Inform us of medical conditions or special requirements in advance
• Verify all booking details immediately upon receipt

8. Limitation of Liability

Frestiq Travels' maximum liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific booking in dispute. We are not liable for: flight delays/cancellations; hotel service quality; visa refusals; lost/delayed baggage; personal injury; acts of God; government actions; pandemics; civil unrest; indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failures due to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, government actions, airline insolvency or any force majeure event. We will assist clients where reasonably possible but make no guarantees regarding refunds or rebooking in such circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved first by negotiation, then by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Indian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage clients to contact us via WhatsApp for sensitive communications.

1. Service Fees — Non-Refundable

All service fees charged by Frestiq Travels for consultation, documentation, processing and facilitation are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once services have been initiated.

2. Flight Tickets

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline's fare rules. Many economy fares are non-refundable. For refundable fares, airline cancellation fees apply. We relay any refund from the airline after deducting our handling charge.

3. Visa Services

Embassy visa fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of approval or rejection. Our visa service fees are also non-refundable once the application process has begun.

4. Hajj & Umrah Packages

Subject to Saudi authority, airline and hotel policies. Last-minute cancellations typically result in total forfeiture of the package amount. Our facilitation fees are always non-refundable.

5. Hotel Bookings

Non-refundable hotel rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances. For refundable bookings, applicable cancellation fees are deducted before any refund is processed.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund is due from a third-party provider, it is processed to the original payment method within 14–45 working days depending on the provider and payment method. Frestiq Travels is not liable for bank or provider delays.

7. Dispute Deadline

Refund disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the disputed transaction. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

General Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Services

Travel Advisories

Clients are advised to check official government travel advisories before travel. Frestiq Travels is not responsible for disruptions due to political unrest, health advisories, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

Medical & Health

Clients with medical conditions must consult their physician before travel. We are not responsible for health-related travel complications. Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended for every trip.
